৫০+ জিমের সরঞ্জামের নামের তালিকা ও তাদের ব্যবহার

আমাদের মধ্যে অনেকে জিমের সকল সরঞ্জামের নাম জানিনা বা জিমের সরঞ্জামের নাম জানতে আগ্রহী। তাদের জন্য মূলত আজকের এ পোস্ট।

বিভিন্ন  ধরনের ফিটনেস রুটিন এবং ব্যায়ামের জন্য বিভিন্ন প্রকার জিমের সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহার করা হয়। বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশে জিমের সরঞ্জাম অনলাইনে ও অফলাইনে পাওয়া যাচ্ছে।

মনে রাখবেন, সময়ের সাথে সাথে নতুন সরঞ্জাম তৈরি হতে পারে এবং নির্দিষ্ট সরঞ্জামগুলির প্রাপ্যতা এক জিম থেকে অন্য জিমে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
